So these marksmans in red all have sniper rifles, a gunlinks, about 17-20 shooting skill and some melee implants/flesh whips. Also why are there so many "marksman command" buttons? Are all of them shooting specialists in different ideologies?

Do the corner turrets actually do anything much? They always seem to just fire onto each others and explode after a few shots, and they don't cover each other in close combat. Wouldn't it be better to just remove them or put some mini turrets in?
